I had to add my game, here Dragon Age Inquisitions, to Frosty. If I remember correctly, I downloaded the Frosty software and installed it. So I tried this, and found it quite easy to work with and not too difficult to get started. This is the first game I modded in quite some time, and because I was looking for better hairstyles, I stumbled upon some mods that stated they could only be installed with Frosty.
